Accidentally locked myself on the porch last night/early AM....on the 1st floor of our house.

Had to jump down (10-12ft drop) and in the process tweaked my right calf and sprained my right ankle. Feels tight at the moment, but I should still be able to hit legs today.

It was either jump down and get in through the garage or sleep outside on the yoga mat until my sister woke up to let me in. I was considering the last option until Ichecked the weather and I saw it was supposed to drizzle at like 3AM

I jumped right after that :russ:

Yall i tried this thing called an exercise bike. Its like a bike but that joint dont go nowhere. Yall probably never seen or heard of one before.
But i got on that joint and started pedalling and pedalling. I did 5 miles and 20 minutes :wow:
What do they call this type of exercise?
Legs feeling like Dr. Loveless from Wild Wild West :damn:
