How is that a problem?
Im tryna stay between the 1800-2000 for a few more weeks until I no longer have a stomach “hangover “. I’m almost there but I figured I also need my protein intake to match my weight currently I’m 227 but it’s a struggle to get that much protein in with hella extra calories . I barely can go over 165 on the protein
Nuts and lean meats (), protein powders, eggs/egg whites, skim milk, low-fat yogurt...
Not seeing an issue unless he tryna not trim the fat.![]()
