Im tryna stay between the 1800-2000 for a few more weeks until I no longer have a stomach “hangover “. I’m almost there but I figured I also need my protein intake to match my weight currently I’m 227 but it’s a struggle to get that much protein in with hella extra calories . I barely can go over 165 on the protein

Maybe I’m not eating the right food

1800-2000 isn’t a super deep cut. You can’t probably get away with .8 per body weight (182 rounded up) especially if your carbs are fairly higher as in not keto.

How long you've been going 6/7days?

How you look like NOW vs BEFORE? ..

No "diet" or meal plan to speak of. I eat enough to not die in the gym and the metabolism takes care of the rest. This week is a pasta week so I eat 3+ pounds of pasta with meat sauce and take my mass gainer. Anything else I eat is icing on the cake. Next week I might get on a turkey burger kick.

Been doing 6/7 days since since July 23rd, so this is the 2nd week. Used this same protocol for 13 weeks straight back in 2018. (Lifted everyday since the 23rd except for 30th and the 3rd; been squatting daily since the 24th.)

Pre-rona, 6 days was standard and the workouts were longer (think my streak was 10 days in a row, pushing like 30 hours training, I'd have to check the logs).

Aesthetically, I don't look any different with clothes on IMO. Only on week 2 so we shall see. Last time I used the Bulgarian Method I shot up to 213 at my highest; currently sitting at 205 rn.

Is there anyone with a similar rigorous and tedious daily routine!?... I do rest on Sundays or whatever day my body FEELS completely knackered.

I would like to point out that I trained really well in June, and kind of coasted in most of July(even eating cheese and baked goods etc) , thus this insane regiment I'm on now.

Reason I mentioned BC Era is because I used to Squat Erryday and then do either full Upper or full lower 5-6x a week.

Now that I'm doing less volume but higher intensities I still look the same. Same size, same shape; the :ohlawd: only difference is my numbers are still going up.
