Coach said have 4 sushi rolls for my last meal yesterday. 32 pieces.

Had that shyt on a platter while watching Redzone Channel and it was my off day.

Since i eat clean 99% of the time, this shyt didn't even feel like much, no bloating, no lethargy.

Friends, there are no dirty or clean foods.

Also sushi is a great source of carbs and protons. Gotta get you lads thinking right.

Why did you decide to get a coach and Who? Ill run my strict regime for myself for a year and see where i get from there but if i don't reach my goals i might look into a nutritionist or coach :yeshrug:

He’s a bodybuilding coach and it just removes the guess work from training and diet for me.

If 2 days of low carb and starting cardio is respectable to you.. I dont know what to say:hubie:. I ain't out here bench 350 plus with 8% BF

The exertion headaches give me no other option but carbs lol...
If you trying to push it to the edge, I cant see it going well without carbs
