Let's lift more gym/ workout bruhs

My sambo instructor changed our conditioning workouts, so instead of reps we go for time. So from now on im doing every exercise for a time period(3 min)

I do the same thing, Big Bro. :wow:

Tues: 1 hour of squats, 30 mins deadlifts
Weds: 1 hour of overheads, 30 mins rowing
Thurs: 1 hour of deadlifts, 30 mins of front squats
Fri: 1 hour of flat bench, 30 mins rowing

Finna go squat and deadlift til I hate myself in an hour. :russ:

Well I pulled up at 10am, shyt was packed, more so than it woulda been before covid:huhldup:. My new plan is to go as soon as it opens so I can get my full workout in, today I just leg pressed and left. Maybe it’ll be different for the one near you.

So my homeboy met me at the other branch of our gym and even he was like :huhldup:, this ain't it. (Didn't help that he was hungover and drove 30 minutes one way, passing by his branch right next to his house to get there :pachaha:.) We both decided we wouldn't be going back there again.:camby:

There was only one rack so I was in that bytch the whole time. Cacs was low-key :upsetfavre: and I was walking around bullshytting with the homie in between sumo sets like :jawalrus:: If y'all woulda got here early/on time you wouldn't have to wait two hours for this shyt. :birdman: :umad:


Edit: I didn't even use up all my sage jutsu chakra. :wow:

Might have to head back to the gym in an hour or two if the Mr. Hyde still has me lit. :ehh:

Slowly working towards plyometric one-handed push-ups. Should be there in a couple months, maybe three.

Same with one-handed pull-ups. I'm gonna include focusing on negative reps after I do the regular ones with the weighted vest on.

I'm slowly but steadily getting stronger in the department of handstand push-ups. I can only do a handful of reps altogether, but that's a handful more than a couple months ago. :yeshrug:

I'm on 3 one handed chin ups . I think you just gave me an idea for a thread:lupe:
