body burning that shyt easily

2 double burgers and 5 oz fries. You know you on a roll when that shyt barely has any effect. Just more glycogen for my next workout and a bit of water weight.

I did 3 min sets of squats, up right row, curls, chest press and overhead press
1 min rest in between
I felt fatigued as hell. I was shaking And light headed
This covid ain't no joke but I'm gone keep pushing
