My goals are mostly calisthenics now cuz of how much my workouts changed.

1.Tryna get my first muscle-up by the end of next year, one-handed pull-ups by June.

2. I wanna be able to do free-standing handstand push-ups by the end of the year

3. Also shooting for pistol squats by the end of 2021. I fell off the bandwagon on the progressions on this one.:francis:

My diet has gotten much cleaner as of late. All brown rice, quinoa, chicken, greens, and oatmeal. My mood's better, plus I've been drinking more water. The only time I eat dirty now is for calories and to beat the post-meal lethargy. I used a TDEE calculator online and it said I'd need roughly 3,200 calories to maintain my weight and I thought that was too high. Boy was I wrong :bryan:.

Great workouts all week back in the groove trying to get some boxing workouts in that’s the hard part still hit the heavy bag wish my new gym has a speed bag

I miss the speed bag:mjcry:

I've just been hitting the tree in my backyard like a heavy bag. I actually prefer it, shyt's been making my knuckles harder and it's easier on my wrists.

Man same I’m thinking of getting on for my house and just install it in my garage one of my fav things to do is hit it after my workouts

Since 2 weeks ago I haven't been able to do lateral raises :lupe:

I don't have pain but once I get to a certain point my arms just give out, idk if it's the cold air hitting my shoulder or the way I slept on my left shoulder but I just woke up one day line this :flabbynsick:

Is there some stretch I can do to make it go away?
