Ran numbers while at the gym. Compared some programs to nSuns to see why my squat seems to regress on certain programs: :lupe:
■ Squat Erryday: 9.53+% greater squat volume per week :ehh:
■ SL 5x5, w/ singles mixed in: 16.06% greater squat volume per week :whoo:
■ 5/3/1 PHAT w/ singles mixed in: 48.53% less squat volume per week :scust:

■ 5/3/1 PPL, w/ singles mixed in: 28.89% less squat volume per week :picard:

Even skipping the 3rd leg day on nSuns still gives you 38% moar squatting than PHAT. PHAT is now bushes status. :camby: PPL looking real :flabbynsick:right now.

just did a 24hour fast after what I ate yesterday :ehh:

I think this is the move going forward for when I cheat heavy...

I kinda feel sorry for all the slow metabolism having ass nikkas that can't eat what they want whenever like me. :smugdraper: :win:

There's levels to this...and you wouldnt know unless youre around someone that frfr eats a lot

Twenty-four hour fast? That's some @You know damn well shyt. My body wouldn't trip if I did pig out on Christmas day, so a day of starvation would be completely unnecessary.

You are right though, there's levels to this. The same folks talmbout "you're gonna get fat when your metabolism slows down :ufdup:" be the same cats eating celery for lunch while me and my skinny boys eating good for lunch. :umad:
