1) Worked up to 425 low-bar on squats. A fukkboy (

) was in my rack doing so I didn't have my usual set-up. No PR but I'll take it.
2) Worked up to 300 on bench. Was gonna jump up 20 but the bar slowed down.
3) Started the DL. Smashed 6 plates on deadlift and random gym dude dapped me up like

. I told him that wasn't even my final form

. Hit a whiff of the Sniff-Sniff and crushed 600, new PR.

4) The Red Vapor is too strong. I still had chakra so I moved to OHP. Hit a 5 lb PR.
5) Moved on to Pendlay Rows. Worked up to 245. Was gonna go for another PR and jump 20, but the bar slowed down so I called it quits.
Was in that hoe for 197 minutes and added a new minion to my following.
