I hate when my liftoff is wack coming out on the squat. Throws my whole lift off. Like sometimes I feel like I'm too short for where the bar is, but its where its sposed to be 

Shoulders are toast. Taking a week off from lifting to let em get some down time.

30 min skr8????Added cardio this week. Either jump rope or run for 30 mins. I’m barely losing though. I actually gained yesterday. Might be because I been eating chicfila and pizzaI stay in a caloric deficit though
