Finally made it to 72 hours of fasting :ahh:. I could have went four days of fasting if I wanted . Two weeks ago I was struggling around the 30 hour mark .


Three days was a breeze and my work out were splendid .



Gotta figure out how imma do the weekends . I wanan keep shyt rolling on do another 72 but I might cut it at 48 don’t know yet .

I already told myself im doing 72 on Feb 1st I been slowly decreasing my calorie intake

Just finished 3 min of purgatory then movement drills and footwork. Gotta erase or limit my tail when I strike improve my fight transitions .

Anybody recommend a good resistant band for big men(6'6 260)

Snake diet lol
I do only water fast
Did you buy the snake juice or did you make it?
Did you feel hungry or lightheaded during the fasting periods?

I did a 48 hour water only fast, I was trying to go 72 but I was blew out.

What do you do for training during fasts?

Survival training. :mjgrin:

I'd have to change my workouts completely
Everything is High intensity low rest plus the conditioning of my muay and catch wrestling/ combat sambo training

My take on functional strenf is this, we tailor our workouts (or should) towards what we're going to use our muscles for. There's weight strong country skrong and e.t.c
We ALLLLL know a push up warrior but struggles with anything over 135 on bench and vice versa
