What a workout 
I really like my Thursday workouts .
Breezing through everything within a hour and a half .
Hitting all upper body 65% of max .
Focused on squeezing while doing higher reps .
End the workout with super sets .
Even squeezed in some dumb bell work out
Imma be feeling it tomorrow my body gonna hurt so good
