It's :mindblown: if you really understand....

This chick really was nfl lineman material. :ohhh:

:what:

:whoa: That girl wouldn't even see the bench in the SEC breh. She'd get MANhandled in the pros. :steviej:

Edit: Most females, even big ones, have disproportionately weaker upper bodies. Them blocks wouldn't let you walk on to a JUCO team. :mjlol:

Brehs that bench low reps like 5x4 and 3x3...do you build up to that weight? Or you just warm up, push that weight and call it a day?

Assuming straight sets: I do my warm up sets then my working sets. Let's say it's 250 for a 5x3.
45 x 5
45 x 5
95 x 5
135 x 5
185 x 3
225 x 1
-----------------
250 x 5 x 3

^Nothing above the line counts as work, just warm-up work. (Still included in tonnage calculations.) Only the working sets and down sets are counted. So if a workout of mine has 40 sets in it, that's me only counting my actual working sets.

asking because I don’t feel shyt when I just go straight to the heavy weight. I need like 8 sets where I’m steadily increasing the weight, before I get to my working set
That means your body is getting stronger bruh
Either increase weight or increase reps

Yeah, if you need to warm-up that much then you're prolly not working-working on some of your sets. Up the weight of that first heavier set after your muscles/tendons/ligaments are warmed up and you'll feel a difference. :smugfavre:
