Squatting and deadlift everyday has made me stronger. Weighing about the same 260-265 but noticeably smaller more lean. Today punished chest and arms tonight it's catch wrestling and muay class
Ate 2 Turkey sausage cheese burritos 3 bottles of water won't eat again until after class around 730

Went in today. Workout was actually better than I expected.

I'm still feeling the effects of daylight savings.

Maybe because your circadian rhythm is set by the sun, and I'm usually up before sunrise anyway and live with the windows murdered out? :dwillhuh:

This happens to me just about every year. I figured I'd be able to handle it since I'm working from home now...but nope.

3 wakeups in a row and feeling like crap.

I honestly didn't even notice the hour difference until I reset one of my clocks Sunday morning. Who knew being a hermit and hating the light had its perks? :skip:
