My hormones are fukked up - scheduling blood work in the next 2 weeks :francis:


I’ve LOST muscle and I kept my calories up and my workouts are draining like a mfer, basically zero energy. Feel like an old ass man, dikk not even working, bones feel weak

We back to this shyt again - I swear to god my GP better prescribe me some shyt to actually deal with this.

Don’t try to give me the fukking run around again “oh just eat more greens, reduce stress, and get more sleep” lying ass mfers :francis:

But seriously though black seed oil, more water, sleep more, meditate, beet root, celery, watermelon, leg exercises to reboot testosterone level

I’ve been doing the leg exercises but this is some unnatural shyt I’m going thru, a man’s chest not supposed to feel tender

I’m getting this bloodwork done nothing has worked for me. They say what to do, I do that, I may feel normal for a few weeks maybe even a few months and then I’m back to square one.

I’m getting this bloodwork done nothing has worked for me. They say what to do, I do that, I may feel normal for a few weeks maybe even a few months and then I’m back to square one.

What is your diet like and do you do cardio:patrice:

I somewhat had an issue like that, but it was diet and a lil bit of stress...

Changed up the diet and started doing some real cardio and I feel real good
