I’ve LOST muscle and I kept my calories up and my workouts are draining like a mfer, basically zero energy. Feel like an old ass man, dikk not even working, bones feel weak

I’m getting this bloodwork done nothing has worked for me. They say what to do, I do that, I may feel normal for a few weeks maybe even a few months and then I’m back to square one.
