Had my test levels checked and I’m in the low 500s

I’m 23 and my doctor said it’s supposedly “normal” even though it’s below the average male test, which is around 640.

But the ranges normal for a man from 19-39 could be as low as 300. But could also be as high as 900.

Is this low? I think I could be looking too much I o this but I think my shyt too low for my age I should be much closer to 900, no?

Would it be a waste of time for me to seek out a registered hormone therapist to get closer to 900 even though I’m technically considered “normal”?

Seems low relative to the symptoms you have been mentioning.

To give you perspective, I was mid 500 at 40 years old.

Breh I'm going to be honest with you. It seems like you are looking for an issue. Not trying to be hard on you but you aren't in good shape and I believe if you work on improving that you'll be fine. If you're looking for an excuse to jump on test, just do it. I don't think it's necessary but it's your body:yeshrug:

This really isn’t a body issue for me, moreso physical and mental symptoms of fatigue/lack of energy/etc. It’s abnormal.

I’d be cool with hopping on test only if it’s deemed necessary by an actual hormone therapist just to get to the high end then use lifestyle to sustain that as best I can.

That’s a good point. Even at 545 I was 5 years into training and probably close to the best shape of my life at the time. @KingZimbabwe you should probably look at all the other factors first before thinking about test.

There ain’t enough :dame: possible but the fat you are carrying around your midsection is likely contributing to that number.

After a week off I’m back in time for leg day .

shyt felt like noodles after I was done so it was a good work out .

My deadlift super set was nuts first time I did it .

Went lighter on the barbell deadlift since I was just coming back .

Decided to super set a couple different dumbbell .


3 sets 10 reps each dumb bell my legs were burning :damn:.


Barbell just left on the 45’s 10 reps
27.5’s 10 reps
1 50 dumbbell 10 reps
1 60 dumbbell 10 reps

^ this is all one set

:noah: hurt so damm good
