I gotta rock 36/38 size jeans just on my leg/ass gains...I got a 30.5 inch waist. :ohhh:

I dunno, if I have to start getting into that territory I might have to throw the gains in the bushes:patrice: I not trying to throw away any more chinos/jeans.:bryan:

I thought I was going to witness snap city in the gym tonight. Dude had 365 loaded up he gets the weight of the ground but 75% of the way up his back takes this weird hitch. My reaction: :damn:

Weight goes down and in my mind I'm telling dude to wrap it up for the day. Son was a trooper, dropped down to 315 and kept working........

Today was an "outside" day. I was scared it was going to rain harder so I just opted for a 30 min jog. Abs are in pain. Tomorrow is lower body and a gym day and I'm kind of excited about it. Been going to bed early as well getting about 7 hours of sleep and I can tell the difference. Waaaay easier to get up early.

signed up to do warrior dash on sept. 21 in CT...me and my homegirl are going to put in this work on that 3.2 mil obstacle course :salute:..definitely going to be trying to be the in the leanest condition possible for me...more cardio and calisthenics on the way :myman:

I swear I hate travelling for work. I'll have a great routine going. Have a meal schedule, gym schedule and be on a role. Dropped 15. Then I'll travel for a few weeks and it'll fukk me all up. The combo of working crazy hours, taking clients to dinners, and social drinks and it's a wrap.

Last time I was on the road I was able to sneak in a couple of runs but it's just so much more difficult with the constant changing schedule.
