I love how I do all these heavy weight lifting, cardio and HIIT on the same day whilst also being in a calorie deficit and I still recover pretty much the next day. Used to take me at least two days to recover now I’m rating to go again the next day. I’ll keep pushing; to hell with overtraining.

lol, i cannot not eat for two days and not be dizzy while working out...that said, i can go to 8-900 calories :lolbron:

gametime!
You get use to it and the snake juice helps .

Honestly 3 days are easier than two days don’t know why .

I’m full of energy for 3 days .

Also today I eat and carb up so my sat works outs are usually very good .

Try it sis you never know how your body reacts :manny:.

i've worked out with too little fuel and i'm both weak and get dizzy when i do that. i'm good.

and i've done fasts before, but the most exercise i've done while doing them is walking. the fasting part is easy, it's working out and fasting that aren't compatible for me

How long did you have to deal with it and how did your get through it ?

Was doing weighted chins with a bar at the top of the tall rack (maybe 9, 9.5 feet tall). Jumped up to grab the bar and caught it kinda awkwardly, could immediately tell I had fukked something in my left elbow up.

Finished the session and was pretty sure I had sprained a tendon or something. Motrin, K tape, and Salon Pas took care of the tweak but the tendinitis lasted for a hot minute afterwards (maybe 7, 8). :sadcam:

I usually get pretty bad elbow tendinitis whenever I start benching and overhead pressing 6 plus times a week (combined with squatting 6 plus times a week) and not stretching enough. Elbow sleeves on heavy singles and doing higher rep hammer curls helps a bit but I usually just play through it. :manny:

I should probably stretch. :beli:
