Time to switch to high reps. Quads are bulky, built my biceps, abs are there...just need to drop the fat. I do need to focus on back, shoulders and tris a bit more, they don’t feel as developed as those other parts.

Guess it depends on the goal. If you are trying to hit a certain point for a vacation (for example) then yeah. Otherwise the lifting is a benefit so I don’t see why anyone would. Less volume like you mentioned for sure.lol just to cut more weight. But I’ll probably do like 4 lifts tho
