no interest in joining flabby gang. I was 224lbs at 6'5", down to 217lbs, my best physique is at 200lbs to 205lbs. I have been eating fish and vegetables and hitting the gym on the regular.

I was the same until one day I forgot my phone at the crib. My workout was 10x better without the usual “check my phone” during rest periods that can last 5 minutes without even noticing.
Never brought my phone back to the gym since.
