Gym was fulla fukkboys (and girls) today. 
Trainer dude had 5 females (4 middle-aged HAWGs and a butterfaced PAWG) doing an arm "circuit" for 20 minutes hogging up all the cable stacks.

after seeing yall post about #powda for so long I finally did my Googles.
Whole time im like..."the fukk is the big deal about some C4?"
just found out there were/are companies that put DMAA in their PW and the FDA is playing wack-a-mole trying to shut them down.
Even without the DMAA some of these companies are making PW's that get you geeked.
ended up grabbing a couple of bottles of Assassin V7
Hopefully, the shipment gets here tomorrow and I get to see what all the fuss is about
