Nikka I’m getting after it too. Slow and steady wins the race, I’m not just slapping 45s on each workout like an ego lifter. Im educated:mjpls:a football breh I know from basic just worked his way back up to 265 squat, trust us young bucks are more educated on lifting than y’all are. And congrats on bf% you act like 14/15% is a run away from that, it’s a brisk walk. Now I leave

2. front squats are fukking hard :to: like what the fukk :damn:. I did Olympic grip first and I stayed bending forward as much as I would with a back squat…. Was about to abort cause I felt like the weight rolling down. Tried cross brought it off the rack and hit the :whoa:

As for the front squats, it's just something that develops over time. I can use both grips somewhat interchangeably; up until about three plates, after which I can only use the double front rack (Oly) grip.

You will do all 3 weeks of the 5/3/1 cycle in one session, before moving on to your accessories and secondary lifts.
