Drove all the way to the gym and forgot my shoes

Guess im hittin legs in socks today

I leave my squat and DL shoes in the bag and my bag in the trunk .

I used to keep three different pair in the trunk and switch em out based on the outfit/mood.

Finna hit the gym in about 4 after I get this Chinese up in the system.

Full body 2½-3 hours, then cardio, then McDonald's for dinner.
