Yeah but break from what?
Just the constant digestion of food. Use it as an opportunity to detox and clean my system out. Kinda like hitting the reset button to start the week

Did Murph again today.

There’s really not much that feels close to as rewarding as coming back in from finishing the second mile and unstrapping that vest.

The mental and physical stimulation of it is really unmatched for me.

First and only time doing that Hero WoD was Memorial Day 2019. Cardio was kinda trash and it was over 90 degrees with the humidity. Did it with a 20 pound plate carrier I had from the sandbox, as Rx’d, unpartitioned. shyt took almost 2 hours and I wanted to die. :noah:


Still did my normal workouts that day/week. Best workout ever. :whew:

A fleeting childhood
Haven’t been updating like I usually do but this PPL routine killing me :mjlit:

just woke up from a long post workout nap

ended up at two hours in the gym with about 45 mins going to cardio throughout the session

hit my front squat pr no problem :mjlit:

feels like just yesterday was my push day (it was Wednesday) and it’s already tomorrow morning :mjlit:
