Hour and a half down so far . 45 mins of squatting and 20 mins of racquetball being the main things done so far
With that terrible total war, I’d put a scoop and a half sometimes mixed with juice and drink half of it on my way to the gym (25 min drive) to replace my morning coffeeshyt is stepped on. Y'all was right.
