No was doing it with 70kg=155lbs only thing i could think of is I did 80kg on the front squat barely warmed up and didn't have my belt. I'm 350 on squats so nothing lagging in that department, I do need to cut some weight thoughI was just doing SLDL with 135-185 for reps
Is something lagging that caused your injury?
