This is the same reason I hate having lifting partners. Nah, we doing all 40 sets. Yes, we doing legs multiple times a week. Nah, we not changing programs every 4 weeks. Nah, ain't no exercise substitutions.

Getting more serious about cardio training after the new year, holidays are mission impossible. Weather is still conducive to outdoors.

Was headed to the commy to pick up some snacks and stopped off by the gym to weigh myself.

Ran into the director breh and he talked me into showing up for the deadliff expo on Saturday.

Need to stop squatting too much this week to conserve lower back chakra. :mjcry: :whoa:

On another note, I've gained 5 pounds since the middle of July. :takedat:
