That’s crazy you say that cause I was looking at garmin, but I hate running. I just want something to track calories and sleep.
breh the Garmin will track sleep, calories, steps, heart rate, VO2 max, and has multifunction for your activities (running, gym, cycling, etc). Just do the research and figure out whats fitting your budget. Look at Garmin Fenix or Forerunner 745/945. Even the Forerunner 245 could suffice. Just compare the features of Watch since some are newer.
The companion app (Garmin Connect) will have all of your data and it’s organized well or you can access that same data in the Garmin website. The shyt is detailed and you will see everything. I use a Garmin watch daily (my 4th watch) and it works well once you know how to read/sort your data + Garmin has been in the game longer than everyone.
