I'm meal prepping fukk that...Yeah, basically talking meal prep/bring a lunch to work-type deals.
For example, when I make pasta it hits for about 2200 calories, which is just what I need to live off of, no work, no workouts, just vegging. This is the downside of having a fast metabolism.
I usually split it into two ≈1.75 servings. That would cover lunch and dinner and #Powder brings that up to about 3500 kcal/day, and that's not including breakfast or snacks or the intra.
Only problem is eating that week after week gets old af quick, so I wanted some other options to swap back and forth with.
