Just got home from running... been working out the last 3 days straight.

I modified my diet and I am feeling a whole hell of a lot better.

Now all I have to do is keep this shyt up.

GVT legs. My routine is Front squats, stiffleg deadlifts, seated calfraises.

I can't even walk tonight. Tomorrow is gonna be :merchant:

Profile is good, worked ok (one scoop/first day).....but that taste man, eghck /malice

C4 is still reigning champ in my book.

did an arm workout yesterday and started back incorporating dips into my regimen. Also had time to do a 45 cardio (treadmill 10 on the incline) and some upright rows.

No gym in almost a week...finally got some good sleep yesterday. Time to get some pre-workout and get a 2 hour workout in. :whoo:

I don't see how cats keep up lifting (non professionals) keep lifting (intensely at least) for 2-3 years straight. I'm pretty much burnt out. The only thing that keeps me motivated is that I haven't hit my goal weight for squat/deadlift yet.
