I've emerged from the academic trenches my gym brethren....... :blessed:........ but now completely lost, feeble, and disoriented in the Whey...... :mjcry:.

Was on some running 1 meal a day while in the grind..... day before my final exam had to do 30hrs str8....... don't ask me how... :hubie:... cause I wasn't eatting shyt and was blasting through the final project I was working on...... was:deadmanny::deadmanny:.... last 2 days.... now gotta learn how to grip this iron again.... :birdman:

How often do you do face pulls/rear delt flyes?
How much back work do you do overall?
What is your BP warmup routine looking like?

I never do rear delt flies or warm
Up I guess I should and I do backwork twice a week I do two types of rowes and lat pull down, and pull-ups but I honestly be winging it in the gym

I'm not a physio or a doctor, but to me the reason you're having issues is not enough upper back/rear delt work combined with shytty warmups.

If you're doing the same number of pushing sets as you do pulling sets, you lawst.
