So I had to cut my session short right . I had a good lift session but didn’t finish with my cardio .
I went to dinner ate a nice steak and fried ice cream .
So my chest meal for the weak I could afford those calories .
So I come home my bestie is catching up to me for our group contest . I said fukk it rested about 3 hours .
Went back to the gym I biked for an hour and just crushed it .
I didn’t feel shìt that Pre work out was still in my system .
I am not ready for the pro shyt like y’all
