I started at just the barbell for sets of 6I’ma black manbut ima let you get your jokes off.
For awhile I was doing other exercises to build my chest…I been in the gym consistently for a good 7 months now. I been underweight for most of my life but I managed to get up in the 160’s and been packing on muscle (I’m only 5’8). The bench press was intimidating at first but once I started getting more comfortable with it, I gained more confidence and now I’m benching 110lbs
