You know how many reps you deprived yourself ofWoke up at 5AM and couldn't go back to sleep. Laid around and watched TV then left at 10AM and ran 2.5 miles around a nearby park that I usually go to.
I figured I was going to come out lethargic, however, energy was on high tier levels and I felt light on my feet. . Been #nobread and #nobeer for 6 days. I'd like to believe that plays a part.
