Was a rough one in the temple today..... forgot my headohones.....................and forgot the #Powda......
Lifts were alright though, there's still a bit of room before I reach any sort of wall. The lack of headphones did allow me to really identify the niggles I got in my squat.
Still got some hip impingment at the bottom of the squat, but I've been rehabbing it amd it is better than it was, ankle mobility on my right side has improved, but I still feel off balance when I'm in the hole.
Also realized I wasn't properly engaging my left trap and shoulder when holding the bar so almost as if my right trap is locked in but on the left side it's just resting.
These are the reasons one must appreciate the path of SL5x5..... one must be fully ready for the day that Big Boy weights are thrust upon ye....... Wheyshallah.![]()
