You are a FATMAN...aint no way in SAM BLUE HELL you shpuld be using skinny muthafukka excercises to lose weight or equipment.Can I lose weight with a combination of kettlebell and dumbbell exercises along with push-ups and sit-ups? I got two 16kg kettlebells at home and two 20lb dumbbells..I’m basically starting from the beginning as a 300 lb er. worked out hard last night…working out is getting fun to me because I can then feel my strength/endurance increasing. Been working for about a week
You are better off looking into Lineman Programming in the gym and act accordingly.
The good thing is about HUGE at 300 plus is that your body is essentially a big ass piece of wood that you can sculpt and chisel out to what you want. Plus this process will build courage, strength, mental toughness and will you learn so much about your body and how food can assist you or destroy.
