what are all the benefits that you guys get from deadlifting? i have defined quads but not the overall thick 3d legs you get from doing hamstrings.

i hit 405 for 3 the other day and it actually felt good but i never cared for it before. it might suit my build well cause i have long arms. i felt like steven adams setting a pick after i finished

Walked out my all time PR twice

Failed on the first attempt. If I ain’t hit a 97.5% the previous set I woulda hit my PR. RPE was like a 6

Second was just a walk out

No knee pain

I was smiling the entire time

GROWTH HORMONE plus it puts slabs of muscle on your body. Cardio benefits of it too! Plus it makes you walk taller and also ya bench geaux up and other lifts.

People who deadlift oftern got massive built backs. It hits your Posterior Chain hard as hell too!

To test your cardio...1x a month try a 10x10 deadlift workout with 60 percent of your max. 3min rest in between each set. You gon lose bodyfat and feel like you ran 10 full gassers.

Boxing OG why don't we see 52 blocks in boxing? And 2, why have boxers abandoned road work and actually lifting?
Most trainers prefer a boxer to master more traditional elements of defense.

The reason why is that "recipes" are being lost or put aside for more modern means of conditioning for better or for worse in boxing
