Got 335 I need to get back on deadlifts though I been slacking because of schooli was doing trap bar and straight bar repsCalling it 320 but that's not a 1RM, more like a heavy single.
Looking to go 6 for 6 with 330/670 bench/dead next monf.
what are all the benefits that you guys get from deadlifting? i have defined quads but not the overall thick 3d legs you get from doing hamstrings.
i hit 405 for 3 the other day and it actually felt good but i never cared for it before. it might suit my build well cause i have long arms. i felt like steven adams setting a pick after i finished
