Most trainers prefer a boxer to master more traditional elements of defense.

The reason why is that "recipes" are being lost or put aside for more modern means of conditioning for better or for worse in boxing
What is considered modern conditioning?

To test your cardio...1x a month try a 10x10 deadlift workout with 60 percent of your max. 3min rest in between each set. You gon lose bodyfat and feel like you ran 10 full gassers.
that wont do it...i have a cardio routine that i used to do (and still do) based off what i did when i was boxing regularly and/or doing extreme obstacle courses that will bring you to your knees and it doesnt involve lifting...that will test your cardio more than that

Cardio is skinny nikka bullshyt. If I wanma do cardio I will run gassers or hills...yall really hate lifting iron outchere...muscle mass is armor...literally
