Everytime I ever cramped was due to loss of sodium. Football in Shreveport Dry ass beat had us drankong salt in our water.Tracking, but that's why I said not quite. Salt ≠ electrolytes and Salt = electrolytes all at the same time.
Again it is possible that sodium and/or chloride levels to be low, but not likely, unless you're downing two gallons of water a day on a low salt diet while simultaneously sweating a lot.
Folks ITT tryna "challenge" the Great Sage while drinking salt water and not eating carbs.
