Depends on how you want to go about it:
Of course you got to start lifting if you aren't already.
Some people cont calories, soem people don't. Either way you should get in as close to 1 gram per pound in relation to body weight. So for you 175-180 grams per day which you could do pretty easily without a protein bars and shakes IMO.
That's the starting point.
Yeah yesterday I did legs, but a friend was in a car wreck, my co-worker collapse and die from a heart attack and I have a big b-day celebration planned for my cousin so I was nowhere near focused...just horrible.![]()
honestly i aint gone be touchin weights i wanna get all natural
just pushups,situps and pull ups
but how many times should i be eating a day?
im actually on my second meal already(snack) even since i posted the first time
i ate the breakfast around 8: 00 when i walked in to work
*Eat the whole chicken and feels like Conan afterwards*![]()
Weights aren't natural?
If you aren't already in range that's going to be a shyt ton of body weight exercises to get there.
You can eat 1 times or 20 times, it really doesn't matter as long as you get the protein in. I wouldn't eat supper late at night however.
The nutrition is going to have to be the right balance. YOu can't go crazy eating everything if you aren't going to keep close track of cals and macros. Try to eat sensible and concentrate on lean meats and green veggies, sweet potatoes etc.
