I won’t bs, I only train like this 3-4x max/week because of my other daily activities.
That’s the most optimal amount of time to train, you’re doing better than 80% of the population

Depends on which gym I use. Today I ran treadmill for 38 min, did pull and chin-ups, jump rope, and ab work at my apartment’s equipment limited gym.

The constants Ive noticed are time and intensity. If I train for at least an hour with short recovery, I burn no less than 1000cal.

My feet been killing me on runs and I almost forgot I bought these shoes at the beginning of the pandemic :snoop:
