100% I only started lifting this year, and didn’t realise I had to switch protein powders to cut. So kept taking the one I always take.Be clueless y'all.![]()
You didn’t notice that your calorie target was off?100% I only started lifting this year, and didn’t realise I had to switch protein powders to cut. So kept taking the one I always take.
Nope, I just kept taking what I was taking, I wasn’t counting calories as such more counting grams of protein. I was only drinking 1 protein shake a day thank God.You didn’t notice that your calorie target was off?
That’s not an accident. You willingly set yourself up to fail.Nope, I just kept taking what I was taking, I wasn’t counting calories as such more counting grams of protein. I was only drinking 1 protein shake a day thank God.
If you don’t like the taste don’t buy it. It’s not helping much.I also just started taking BCAA’s and electrolytes any way to make them taste better? It’s a struggle everytime I drink it. Bleugh!
Sure, but everybody makes mistakes especially when you’re still learning. I didn’t know the difference in lean protein shakes vs mass gainer. I know now. That’s not an accident. You willingly set yourself up to fail.
That’s not what I mean. How are you cutting without knowing how many calories your are taking in. You are getting in a car without knowing how much gas is in the tank and just driving. You will get somewhere but probably not your intended destination.Sure, but everybody makes mistakes especially when you’re still learning. Already bought it, that’s how I know I don’t like it. Just wondered how everybody else stomachs the taste. If I take it like a shot, then drink tonnes of water after, that may help. I don’t want to waste what I have.If you don’t like the taste don’t buy it. It’s not helping much.
I only just started cutting like 2 weeks ago, and didn’t realise that I had to switch. Till someone mentioned that the whey protein I have may not be low fat. I make all my own food so they are not super high in calories anyway. But I essentially was washing my meal down with a meal and didn’t think about it.That’s not what I mean.
