Any of y'all use bench blocks while benching to focus on problem spots, I always feel like with heavier weights, I can get it about 70% of the way there and then I had out.

That’s what I’m saying. I feel the same about the leg press and squats.

Funny thing is. I don’t think touch the leg press at all and I bet I could easily max it out. But i doubt most people who do leg press regularly can even squat 2 plates.

My shyt feels a lot better now and there's no stiffness or soreness anymore so I think it was just a bad tweak.

I'll prolly either take the week off or go lite to test it to make sure I'm good.
Week off, maybe even don’t play with rest like that.

Serious injury will have you out for months.
