Been going to this small gym for a few months. The physiques are better than average.

I hardly see anyone doing the standard barbell squats, deadlifts, bench press or incline bench press. The Smith machine doesn’t get much use either.
what do they do?

Love once the holidays are over. I usually have 3-4 months of no travel/distractions.

I’m someone that can’t stay too long outside of a routine. That and I have to keep vice to an absolute minimum. I have to keep my inertia and momentum up until these habits become deeper grooves.

Last couple weeks been rough but we keep pushing.

Damn I guess I have been under a rock because I didn't even realize Modells went out of business. I was about to get the iron gym for my nephew and look for some dip bars for myself :dead:

Where are you supposed to get stuff from now? Amazon ? :francis:

Gym was closed but hit legs yesterday. Nasty pump from the walking lunges.

Taking easy today but got miles in outside and on the Peleton

This one is gonna be tough but for 2025 I want to move my gym sessions to the morning before work. It will mean waking up at 4am so I can do my morning routine before hitting the gym. It's hard but so worth it knowing you got the gym out the way before you start your day.

But that after work gym session that leads to you sleeping like a child is undefeated :blessed:
