My body is so fukking sore but my brain is on some bullshyt
Worked out Wednesday and it felt off. I hit my goals but I felt the day itself was overloaded between work and other activities and i felt wiped out at the end . Did yoga Thursday. Light calisthenics Friday. Felt like I was able to really push today and I'm just happy and grateful that I've been consistent with myself. Hoping to keep it up
