Had an abridged back day today. 45min instead of 75-80min. Woke up on time but for some reason I got caught up with doing my holiday planning in the morning
Should have just done my devotion and hit the gym like usual. Had to shorten everything in my morning routine.
Anyway, it was a still good back day surprisingly. Something is far better than nothing but getting to the gym at 6:30am was an eyesore, far too packed.
Question: Assisted pull-ups or lat pulldowns?
I can do a few, clean pull ups but nowhere enough for a 3x10-12 set/rep scheme, at least not until I drop more weight.
