My Friday shoulder days aren’t as hardcore as my M-Th so I’ve thrown in a 1.75mil run back home after the gym. Take the bus there, run back.

I have been consistently inconsistent lately. Haven't missed a workout but none of them have been the intensity or duration I would like them to be. I'm up to the plate again today and I don't have any excuses .

High schools be having weight rooms like that?.... Canada really sucks when it comes to collegiate athletics. A weightroom like that wouldn't even be in 90% of the universities here..... only the "big names" would have a "decent" setup......

Some places but it’s all economically driven. Not the not at all. Texas high school football is a different animal. Crazy $
