first did with the 1/4 rope and then the 3 oz one. @Cheesy, let me know if you need pointers on how to do that shyt. Theres some youtube videos that I watched that helped. However, I dont think they all explain the techniques right except for one person but they could have made it easier explaining it better. Im learning how to do heel taps and etc as well. As soon as my resistance bands come in, Im gonna focus on doing the muscle ups. Eventually im going to get more equipment to do more exercises.Yes point me to some good explanations.
