@Cheesy. Get that Crossrope Speed Performance set with the 3oz, 6oz and 9oz ropes. Im slowly starting to do double unders into my jumprope routine though I keep messing up. Was able to do 3 without messing up. Jumprope really kicks ass.
Im learning crossovers now. I did my first one yesterday but kept messing up doing the others. Have to look back at the youtube videos to get the hang of it.
Now its about learning muscle ups today
